Vision: The first thing that catches your eye in this picture is the vibrant eyes and colorful hair. The lineart is very smooth and neat, thickened at the perfect moment. The problem is, since the clothes are really tiny, you could not apply the same size to their lineart, so it looks weird in contrast with the thick lineart of the hair, face, etc.(hope you understand what I mean orz)
Originality: Since this is not your OC, this doesn't really apply. But I guess I haven't seen this character everyday, so maybe it's a bit original?
Technique: The technique is great, soft-cel shading, making it look a bit messy, in a good way. The airbrush on her cheeks is perfect too. The eyes are very detailed and neat. The lineart is amazing as well, as I said in Vision \^o^/
Impact: I would say the eyes come out a lot, I think there's some Overlay applied in there? Also her expression and open mouth are really cute. Also, that's a really fat chibi! aah <3
